Leadership Northern Colorado is a regional development program aimed at cultivating leadership and addressing the challenges facing the Northern Colorado region. This six-month interactive program selects 30 leaders from across the region to focus on regional issues, regionalism, and leadership skills. The goal is to educate and inspire participants who are committed to shaping the future of the region.

As an extension of local leadership programs, graduates of Leadership Fort Collins, Leadership Loveland, and Leadership Weld County are encouraged to apply. Additionally, individuals who lead within their own organizations and aspire to make a lasting impact on the region are invited to apply. Each year, only 30 participants are selected to join the program.
